Who controls content

Your organization controls the workspace content it adds to Uniflo, including goals, cards, files, messages, meetings, and uploaded knowledge.

Connected tools are used to support your team goals.

When AI, WhatsApp, social media, file, payment, or other integrations are enabled, Uniflo processes the data needed to make those features work. Administrators should only connect services they are authorized to use.

Uploaded documents and configured websites may be processed so Uniflo can use them as workspace context where those features are enabled.

We do not sell workspace content.

Uniflo may share limited data with infrastructure, analytics, payment, communication, support, and integration providers that help operate the service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or during a business transaction such as restructuring, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Managing your data.

Can I delete workspace data?

Workspace administrators can remove users and content using the product controls available to their plan. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, audit, legal, or operational reasons.

Does Uniflo require customer email addresses?

No. Customer-facing emails are optional in Uniflo. If a payment gateway requires an email field, Uniflo may use a gateway-only synthetic email behind the scenes instead of blocking checkout.

How can I raise a privacy request?

Use the support channel in your workspace or contact Uniflo support with enough information to identify the relevant account or workspace.
