Uniflo provides team cohesion workspaces for goals, cards, boards, meetings, files, updates, integrations, and shared operating rhythm.

Workspace location

Tenant workspaces currently live at https://epwp.paceonline.co.za/tenant/ unless a custom domain has been configured.

Subscriptions

Starter plans are billed per user per month, may include trials, and can change as the product and catalog evolve.

You are responsible for workspace access.

Administrators are responsible for inviting the right users, assigning appropriate access, maintaining accurate billing information, and ensuring their team uses Uniflo lawfully.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful content, or connect integrations you are not authorized to use.

Email addresses are optional for customers, not blockers for checkout.

Uniflo does not require a real customer-facing email address to start onboarding or complete payment where the selected flow supports email-optional signup.

If a payment gateway requires an email field, Uniflo may generate a gateway-only synthetic email behind the scenes. Real customer emails, when provided, are treated as payment metadata and communication data.

Your team controls what it adds to the workspace.

Your organization keeps responsibility for its workspace content, including files, messages, goals, cards, meeting notes, uploaded documents, website references, and connected-service data.

Uniflo may process that content to provide features, including AI-assisted answers, search, context retrieval, notifications, analytics, and integration workflows where enabled.

Can Uniflo change features or plans?

Yes. Uniflo may add, change, suspend, or remove features, plan packaging, pricing, integrations, or limits as the platform develops.

Are subscriptions refundable?

Unless a specific written agreement or applicable law says otherwise, subscription charges are generally not automatically refundable once a billing period has started.

Is Uniflo guaranteed to be error-free?

No online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. Uniflo works to maintain service reliability, but availability can be affected by maintenance, incidents, third-party providers, or events outside our control.
